Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking. These policies reflect how we operate as a private studio and protect the quality of every client's experience.

A Word Before We Begin
Bliss Dermacare is a private, appointment-only studio in Pebble Creek, FL. Every slot on our calendar is held exclusively for one client — which means a late cancellation or no-show has a real, direct impact on our business. Like virtually every licensed aesthetics studio, medspa, and PMU artist in the Greater Tampa Bay area — from Wesley Chapel to Land O' Lakes to New Tampa — we do not offer refunds on services that have been rendered. This is standard across the industry and exists for good reason.
That said, we are not a faceless corporation. If something genuinely goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. We just ask that you communicate with us directly — not through a chargeback.
The Core Rule
Applies to every service we offer.
No refunds on completed services — ever. Once a treatment has been performed, the fee is final. Results vary from person to person based on skin type, health, hormones, lifestyle, and aftercare. Dissatisfaction with how results look or how long they last is not grounds for a refund.
Have a genuine concern? Reach out within 48 hours. We want every client to leave happy. If something went wrong that was within our control, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We'll review the situation and, where appropriate, schedule a complimentary corrective follow-up. This is not a guarantee of a redo — it's a conversation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens — just communicate with us.
24+ hours notice — no charge
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and there is no fee. Any deposit paid will roll over to your rescheduled visit.
Under 24 hours — 50% late cancellation fee
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. This reflects the time that was held and cannot be filled on short notice.
No-show — 100% charge + prepayment required going forward
If you do not arrive and give no notice, you will be charged the full service price. All future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Repeated cancellations — prepayment required
Two or more late cancellations or no-shows within a 6-month window means all future bookings require prepayment in full, no exceptions.
Booking Deposits
Required for select services and all new clients for high-ticket bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your slot. If you cancel for any reason, the deposit is forfeited — that time was pulled from our available schedule the moment you booked.
Rescheduled with 24+ hours notice? Your deposit carries forward and applies to the rescheduled appointment. Deposits may only be transferred to one new appointment date.
Facials
Signature Radiance · Dermaplane Glow · Smooth Canvas · Brightening Peel · Vampire Facial · Diamond Glow · Enzyme Facials · High Frequency · and all others.
No refunds once the service is complete. Every facial is customized to your skin on that specific day. Reactions, purging after exfoliation treatments, and temporary redness are normal parts of the process — not service failures.
Disclose everything at intake. If you have active skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, medications (especially retinoids or Accutane), or known sensitivities — tell us before we start. Withholding this and then experiencing a reaction is not grounds for a refund.
Vampire Facial (PRP) requires a brief health screening. No refunds once the blood draw has been performed, as biological material cannot be recollected.
Lash, Brow & Body Services
Lash Extensions · Lash Lift & Brow Lamination · Body & Face Waxing · Brazilian Wax.
No refunds on completed services. This includes full lash sets, lash lift and brow lamination, and all waxing services.
Lash extensions — fill schedule matters. Longevity depends on your natural lash cycle and how consistently you maintain fills. If you wait too long between appointments and a fill isn't possible, a new full set is required at the full price. No credit for skipped fills.
Allergic reaction to lash adhesive? Contact us within 24–48 hours and we will remove the extensions at no charge. If you have a known history of sensitivities, request a patch test before booking.
Waxing age restriction enforced. All waxing (body, face, Brazilian) requires clients to be 21 or older. If you arrive and don't meet this requirement, the appointment will be declined and the deposit forfeited.
Custom Airbrush Spray Tan
Results are heavily dependent on client preparation and aftercare — not just application.
No refunds for uneven results caused by prep or aftercare. A spray tan's finish is directly affected by exfoliation done beforehand, products applied after the tan, and how quickly you showered. If you didn't follow the prep and aftercare instructions we provide, the result is not our responsibility.
If we made an application error — contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will correct it at no charge while the tan can still be blended.
Semipermanent Makeup
Nano Brows · Powder Brows · Lip Blush · Lip Neutralization · Scalp Micropigmentation · Custom SPMU.
No refunds — period. PMU is a multi-session, biology-dependent process. What you see immediately after the procedure is not the final result. Pigment will appear darker and more saturated for the first 1–2 weeks, then soften significantly during the 4–6 week healing period. Requesting a refund based on results before healing is complete is not something we accommodate — this is the standard position of every reputable PMU artist in the Tampa Bay area.
Touch-up is included and must be scheduled. A complimentary perfecting touch-up is included with every initial PMU service and must be booked between 6–8 weeks post-procedure. This is when shape, color saturation, and symmetry refinements are made. Missing this window forfeits the included touch-up. Requests outside the 6–8 week range are billed at the standard touch-up rate.
Retention is not guaranteed. Oily skin, prior PMU work, sun exposure, skincare actives (retinol, AHAs), certain medications, and immune response all affect how pigment holds. These known variables are discussed at consultation — they are not service defects.
Scalp Micropigmentation typically requires 2–3 sessions. Each session is billed separately. No refund on completed sessions if you discontinue mid-series.
Custom SPMU is priced after consultation. Once agreed upon and work begins, the quoted price is final. If you change your mind mid-session, the portion completed is charged in full.
Advanced Treatments & Injectables
PRP · Lip Filler · ED Injectables · Collagen Induction Therapy (Microneedling) · GLP-1 Weight Loss Program.
No refunds on any injectable or advanced procedure once administered. These are medical-grade interventions. Once a procedure begins, no refund will be issued — including for results that differ from expectations. Individual biological response is inherently variable and outside our control.
Contraindicated at consultation? If a health screening determines we cannot safely proceed, your deposit will be fully refunded. That is the only scenario in which a refund applies to this category.
Collagen Induction Therapy (Microneedling) produces progressive results across 3–6 sessions. No refund if you discontinue after your first session — single-session results will be less dramatic than the full series and this is disclosed at consultation.
GLP-1 / Weight Loss Program ($299/mo) — once a monthly cycle begins, that month's fee is non-refundable. To discontinue, contact us before your next billing date and you won't be charged going forward. The current cycle is not prorated or refunded.
Ancillary & Clinical Services
IV Hydration Therapy · Personalized Lab Collection · Hormone Lab Panel · Regenerative Blood-Based Services.
No refunds on completed clinical services. IV drips, lab draws, and hormone panels involve consumable supplies, professional time, and processing costs that cannot be recovered after the service begins.
IV drip stopped mid-session. If you need to stop before the drip is complete, the full session fee applies. Partial sessions are not prorated.
Contraindicated before we begin? If a screening reveals the service isn't safe to proceed with, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Seasonal Packages
Bronze & Bare Glow · Lash & Body Smooth · Brow, Lash & Wax Ritual · Glow & Smooth Escape · Mix & Match Escape.
Packages are non-refundable once booked. The bundle price is non-refundable whether or not you use both services in the package.
Packages cannot be split across visits. Both services must be received in the same appointment. If you leave before both are complete, the full package fee still applies and no credit is given for the unused portion.
Late cancellation of a package. The standard 24-hour policy applies. Fees are calculated on the full package price, not the individual service price.
Age requirements apply within packages. Packages that include waxing require all clients to be 21+. If this isn't met, the waxing portion is declined and the full package price is still due — the discount was for the bundle, not individual services.
Membership Plans
The Glow Ritual ($89/mo) · The Radiance Plan ($159/mo) · The Bliss VIP ($249/mo).
Monthly dues are non-refundable once processed. Once your billing date hits, that month is non-refundable — regardless of whether you used your service credit.
Cancel anytime — it takes effect at cycle end. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep access and your credit for the rest of the current paid cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations are not prorated.
Pause up to 60 days per year. Contact us at least 5 business days before your billing date to pause. Billing and credits are suspended during the pause. Pauses cannot be done through the booking system — reach out directly.
Unused credits do not convert to cash. Credits expire at end of billing cycle (Glow Ritual and Radiance Plan) or roll over 30 days (Bliss VIP only). Credits remaining at cancellation are forfeited.
Membership credits are non-transferable. They apply to your account only and cannot be gifted or used by another person.
Demo Model Program
Services at 50–80% off in exchange for your participation and feedback.
No refunds or credits under the Demo Model Program. Demo rates exist because we need your attendance and participation. You get the same professional products and expertise at a fraction of the standard price in exchange for that commitment — refunds undermine the entire premise of the exchange.
Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit program eligibility. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up will remove you from future demo model consideration. The program is offered on good faith and requires the same commitment as any other appointment.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please — always talk to us first.
Contact us before filing a dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without reaching out to us first is bad faith — and we will respond accordingly.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed in full. We maintain complete documentation on every appointment — signed intake forms, client agreements, communications, and transaction records. Any chargeback filed for a legitimately rendered service will be challenged. Clients who file a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from Bliss Dermacare.
