Respectful conduct toward the esthetician and facility
Appropriate attire and personal hygiene
No inappropriate touching or behavior during the treatment
Compliance with all health and safety protocols

During & After Appointment *

I understand the treatment area will be exposed during my service. I acknowledge professional draping and boundaries will be maintained. I will inform the esthetician immediately of any discomfort.

Post-Treatment Care *

I will follow post-treatment care instructions provided by the esthetician, including avoiding sun exposure, hot water, tight clothing, and strenuous activity for 24-48 hours.

Right to Refuse Service

Bliss Dermacare reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for:

Any communicable diseases or active infections
Open wounds, severe sunburn, or compromised skin barrier
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
Skin conditions that contraindicate the requested service
Non-compliance with health and safety protocols
Failure to disclose relevant medical information

If service is refused due to a contraindication identified before treatment begins, any deposit paid will be refunded. No refund is issued if service is declined mid-treatment or due to client conduct.

I acknowledge that Bliss Dermacare has the right to refuse service and understand the conditions listed above.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds on completed services. Once a treatment has been performed, the fee is final. Results vary based on skin type, health, lifestyle, and aftercare — dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund.

Cancellation policy. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service price. Repeated cancellations require prepayment for all future bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your appointment slot. If you cancel for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. With 24+ hours' notice, your deposit rolls over to a rescheduled appointment (one transfer only).

Semipermanent makeup. PMU results require 4–6 weeks to heal. Requesting a refund before healing is complete is not accommodated. A complimentary touch-up is included at 6–8 weeks.

I assume all risks associated with my service and release Bliss Dermacare from any liability for adverse reactions related to non-disclosed conditions or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

Common Questions

Should I be concerned about Accutane or Retin-A?

Yes. These medications significantly increase skin sensitivity and sun sensitivity. Please disclose if you're taking them.

Alcohol thins the blood, which can increase bruising during waxing and reduce treatment effectiveness.
