Not quite. A credit is your pre-paid entitlement to one complete service within your plan's eligible category. It's not a dollar amount or a gift card — it's a service slot that's already been paid for as part of your monthly fee.

When you book and mention your membership, we match your appointment against your available credits and mark that credit as used for the cycle. You won't be separately charged for covered services — they're included in your membership price.

Think of it like a gym membership: you pay monthly and that entitles you to use the gym. With Bliss memberships, each month's payment entitles you to the specific services in your plan.

It's simple — just book your appointment as normal (online or by calling/texting) and mention your membership plan in the Notes field or when you speak with us. For example: "I'm on the Radiance Plan — I'd like to use my facial credit for the Diamond Glow Facial."

We'll verify your active membership, apply your credit to the service, and confirm your booking with priority status. If you're booking online via Stripe, you'll be charged $0 for the covered service — or if we process it manually, we'll simply not charge you for that service.

For Glow Ritual and Radiance Plan, credits are use-it-or-lose-it — they expire at the end of the billing cycle they were issued in. If you're billed on June 1, your credits must be used before July 1.

Bliss VIP members enjoy an exclusive 30-day rollover: if you don't use a credit in the current cycle, it carries over and remains valid for 30 additional days into the next cycle.

If you know you'll be unavailable for an extended period, you can pause your membership for up to 60 days per year regardless of plan. Just reach out before your next billing date and we'll pause the renewal so you don't lose money on unused months.

Yes — on plans that include multiple credits (Radiance Plan and Bliss VIP), you can use all of your credits in a single visit or spread them across separate appointments throughout the month. It's entirely up to you.

For example, a Radiance Plan member could book a 2-service session: a Diamond Glow Facial (facial credit) and a Brazilian Wax (body credit) back to back in one visit. Both credits would be applied.

Just note that multi-service visits are subject to scheduling availability, and each session has a max duration. We'll work with you to find a time that fits.

Your member discount (10% for Glow Ritual, 15% for Radiance, 20% for VIP) applies to any service you book beyond your included credits in the same billing cycle.

The discount does not apply to services already covered by your credits — those are already priced far below retail. But for anything extra you want to add, you'll automatically receive your tier's discount when we confirm the booking.

The discount also applies to seasonal packages, advanced treatments (Scalp Therapy, PRP), and spray tans — so the more you visit, the more you save.

Yes — cancel anytime with no penalty or cancellation fee. Simply email, text, or call us before your next billing date and we'll cancel your renewal immediately.

Your membership stays active through the end of the billing cycle you already paid for, so you keep access to any remaining credits until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations, but you'll never be charged for a future cycle after requesting cancellation.

Absolutely. Reach out and we'll switch your plan at your next billing cycle. Upgrades can typically be applied immediately mid-cycle if you want to start using the higher-tier credits right away — just let us know and we'll prorate or adjust accordingly.

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date so you keep your current tier's credits for the remainder of the month.

The member discount and community discounts (First Responder 15%, Teacher/Senior/Student 10%) cannot be stacked on the same additional service — whichever discount is greater applies.

Your monthly credits are already priced significantly below retail, so they don't interact with community discounts.

Yes — your member discount applies to any additional service booked beyond your included credits, including seasonal packages, Vampire Facial (PRP), Scalp Therapy, Hairline Restoration, and Spray Tan.

The discount only applies to the additional services — not the ones already covered by your credits.
